Grammar And More helps translators choose the right grammar form step by step, such as:

Correct verb form (is / are / was / will be)

Correct long noun groups (for example: signal transmission control unit device)

It teaches the base rules of grammar in a simple learning method. Unlike Phrase It Right, Grammar And More does not store all wrong and correct examples; it teaches rules so translators can apply them on their own.

3.1 Legal (Contracts)

5. Phrase-Mapping Tables During Editing

During editing, we use phrase-mapping tables with four columns:

How Phrase It Right and MultiTerm Work Together

Phrase It Right stores:

The original source term
The wrong English word or phrase
The correct English word or phrase

In the MultiTerm termbase:

The correct English term is saved as the preferred term
Wrong English terms are saved as forbidden (not allowed)

Example (Source German term: einen Test durchführen):

Wrong English (forbidden): make a test, do a test, execute a test
Correct English (preferred): perform a test

This way, Phrase It Right and MultiTerm stop the same wrong terms from appearing again and keep the same correct wording consistent across current and future projects. If someone uses a forbidden term, the MultiTerm QA check shows a warning.

6. How Diagrams Help Avoid Word-by-Word Translation

Long technical and IT sentences become confusing when translated word by word. The words may be present, but the real meaning, order, and logic can be lost.

We use simple diagrams to show clearly:
