Our beautiful architecturally-designed office is the talking point in the translation community in India. Our office name 'Kantoor' means 'Office' in Dutch. Our logo is depicted on the front of the office. The globe in the logo was ordered specially from GE (Delhi).

Spread across four floors, our office can house 75 employees. It has complete facilities for the welfare of employees- dining hall, terrace kitchen, meeting centre, etc.

We have well-equipped training rooms for conducting training workshop on SDL Trados, Alchemy Catalyst, I18n/L10n workshops. We can organise training for 20 participants. Rooms have projector, screen, audio-video facility, white board, etc.

Our conference room is aesthetically designed for having power meetings with clients. It is well-equipped for having conference calls, making presentations. It has projector, screen, and white board.

Our library is the biggest amongst translation companies in India and perhaps amongst the best in the world. We augment our collection on a regular basis.

We have CCTV camera on every floor and these are closely monitored. We have 40 KVA generator for power backup. We also have UPS-based power backup to protect computers and other devices.

All data is securely stored in a special data-storage safe. The safe is placed in a locked room. Guest rooms for short-term accommodation

We have two guest rooms which can be used for overnight stay of visitors or for a brief rest by employees who work late in the night. Both rooms have all facilities for a comfortable stay.
